Q:
Nothing happens when I put the DVD in my CD-Rom drive?
A:
1. You must have a DVD Drive in your computer or use a home DVD player.
2. Make sure the DVD is properly seated.
3. Navigate to your DVD drive open it up and double click on the DVD to start playing.
Q:
I hear audio but there is no video on my computer?
A:
You may not have the right requirments to play DVD's.
Q:
The audio and video skips erratically.
A:
Make sure the play surface of the disk is clean and free from smudges
and lint. In additon besure your computer meets requirments of playing a DVD.
TO
CLEAN THE DVD:
Random problems can often be caused by the slightest mark, smudge, or
lint on the DVD disc. Even if you just bought it. If
you receive an error, it's good idea to clean the DVD.
1. Check your local store for a DVD cleaner and follow those instructons..
WARNING:
DO NOT WIPE A DVD IN A CIRCULAR MOTION. Cleaning with a generic cloth, causes
hairline scratches, scratches that cause errors in both a Computer and home DVD player..
